Please utilize and share this resource for pre-trip information and any medical or security emergencies that may occur for your travelers. HOW CAN OUR PRODUCTION ACCESS THE INTERNATIONAL SOS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM?
International SOS will:
- Notify production that they are enrolled in the Intl.SOS Assistance Program prior to international travel.
- Share the Production One Sheet and other materials with the production management team.
Production will:
- Review information about destination here: internationalsos.com & Global Infectious Disease Tracker.
- Share Production Traveler One Sheet with all production travelers.
- Contact Intl.SOS when a production traveler requires assistance.
HOW CAN OUR PRODUCTION CONTACT INTERNATIONAL SOS?
- Login to internationalsos.com to access medical and security information about your destination.
- Download the Assistance App to contact Intl.SOS via phone or LiveChat, access medical and security reports, and receive alerts about nearby incidents.
- Call to speak with medical, security, or logistics experts in the nearest Assistance Center.
- Productions should utilize Amazon MGM Studios’ Membership ID# for login: 401GDA1035383. If you have already created login credentials for the portal, you can log into the Assistance App with those same credentials.
WHAT INFORMATION CAN PRODUCTIONS ACCESS?
- Location Guides are available in the Intl.SOS portal and the Assistance App, where you can find information about your destination, including medical and travel risk ratings, standard of medical care, vaccination requirements and recommendations, as well as hospital, doctor, and clinic referrals.
- Productions can receive advisory and alert notifications about specific locations via the portal or the Assistance App when location services are turned on.
- Productions will have access 24/7 to medical and security experts for advice, referrals, and more through 26 assistance centers.
HOW CAN INTL.SOS ASSIST OUR PRODUCTION TRAVELERS?
- Medical and travel security advice, referrals, appointments, and medical monitoring.
- Medical and security evacuations, repatriation of mortal remains.
- Payment of inpatient or outpatient medical expenses with production approval.
